You have hereby agree to our store's returns and exchange policy. All goods
sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.
SECTION 1 - RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items. Return will be accepted if the item is defective or we have send out the wrong item by mistake.
SECTION 2 - EXCHANGE POLICY
All items sold are brand new, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you accordingly.
SECTION 3 - REFUND POLICY
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days. If the order has been processed, we will credited into your bank account.
As we are unable to process any partial refund on order total for membership privileges once an order has been received, please apply your member coupon or discount codes upfront upon online checkout.
Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 business days, first, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATION POLICY
Once we have placed order with supplier, you will not be allowed to cancel the order due to change of mind and/or due to other reasons.
